☁️ Role Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Cloud Backend Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems powering next-generation automotive cloud platforms.

You’ll work on cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and high-performance backend services while collaborating with cross-functional global teams.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs
  • Architect microservices and serverless cloud solutions
  • Build highly performant, scalable, and resilient backend systems
  • Optimize backend performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Work on database schema design, indexing, and query optimization
  • Scale systems to support heavy traffic and large-scale data processing
  • Implement security best practices for cloud applications and APIs
  • Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical initiatives
  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams
  • Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence

✅ Required Skills

  • Strong experience in GoLang / Java / Python / Rust
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with distributed systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Experience with serverless architectures
  • Exposure to automotive cloud platforms
  • Experience building highly scalable enterprise systems

🎓 Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
