💻 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Engineer – Storage Drivers (Windows) to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-grade Windows storage drivers.

This role requires deep expertise in kernel programming, storage protocols, debugging, and performance optimization in Windows environments.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Lead development and maintenance of Windows storage drivers
• Design and optimize drivers for iSCSI, FCoE, and FC protocols
• Guide kernel module development with focus on reliability and low latency
• Drive advanced debugging and troubleshooting efforts
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide expert solutions
• Analyze and improve storage driver performance
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and QA teams
• Maintain detailed technical documentation

✅ Required Skills

• Strong expertise in C/C++ programming
• Extensive experience with Windows internals and system/kernel programming
• Deep understanding of iSCSI, FCoE, and FC protocols
• Strong kernel debugging and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with crash dumps, system logs, and debugging tools
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Experience leading engineering teams/projects

• Knowledge of SAN and NAS architectures
• Expertise in performance tuning and benchmarking tools
• Strong understanding of advanced storage technologies

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
