⚙️ Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery execution for enterprise digital and mobile product teams.
You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery processes, and ensure smooth collaboration across stakeholders.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies
- Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams
- Remove blockers and improve team efficiency
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams
- Drive sprint planning, tracking, and delivery management
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed across teams
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Strong Agile / Scrum experience
- Experience managing digital product or mobile application teams
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Experience handling enterprise-scale delivery programs
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Exposure to distributed delivery environments
