⚙️ Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced React Native Lead Developer to drive enterprise-scale mobile application development for global digital product initiatives.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to architect, develop, optimize, and deliver scalable cross-platform mobile applications in fast-paced Agile environments.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain scalable React Native mobile applications
  • Lead mobile architecture and technical decision-making
  • Develop high-performance cross-platform applications for iOS and Android
  • Integrate APIs and backend services efficiently
  • Optimize app performance, stability, and scalability
  • Collaborate with distributed engineering and product teams
  • Maintain code quality, testing standards, and development best practices
  • Support deployment, debugging, and production issue resolution
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • Strong React Native development experience
  • Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of native mobile development (iOS / Android)
  • Experience with Redux and state management
  • API integration experience
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and performance optimization
  • Experience building scalable enterprise-grade mobile applications
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Experience with:
    • Jest
    • React Native Testing Library
    • Detox
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale mobile delivery programs
