βοΈ Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Unity Technical Lead / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP), customer data management, audience segmentation, and enterprise marketing technology integrations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing Oracle Unity solutions, designing scalable customer data ecosystems, and enabling personalized customer experiences across enterprise environments.
π What Youβll Do
- Lead implementation and architecture of Oracle Unity CDP solutions
- Design customer data models, identity resolution strategies, and audience segmentation
- Integrate Oracle Unity with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and third-party platforms
- Configure data ingestion pipelines and customer profile unification
- Develop and optimize integrations using APIs, REST services, and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams
- Ensure scalability, governance, and security of customer data platforms
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
- Work directly with clients and business stakeholders
- Support solution architecture and modernization initiatives
