⚙️ Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and Python based data science ecosystems.
The ideal candidate should have hands on experience building and deploying data science solutions, transforming business challenges into analytical frameworks, and delivering actionable insights through data.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
- Develop predictive and statistical models to support business decisions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to solve real world problems
- Design experiments and measure the effectiveness of data driven initiatives
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Work on end to end model development and production deployment
✅ Must Have Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 3 to 5 years of applied data science experience delivering models or analyses that shipped to production or directly informed decisions
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit Learn, and at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and analytical workflows
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills

- Experience with predictive analytics and advanced machine learning techniques
- Knowledge of model deployment and production environments
- Experience with SQL and data querying
- Data visualization and storytelling skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
