We are looking for a seasoned business development leader with a strong track record in driving growth for product engineering services across global markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and driving new business opportunities in the US / UK / EU regions while owning complete sales lifecycle management from strategic outreach to deal closure.
This role requires a strong consultative sales mindset, executive-level engagement capabilities, and deep understanding of product engineering services.
π What Youβll Do
- Own and drive end-to-end business development activities
- Build sales pipeline through strategic outreach and targeted prospecting
- Lead opportunity qualification, client engagement, and deal closure
- Build and nurture relationships with CXO / VP / Director-level stakeholders
- Identify and develop new enterprise accounts
- Expand and strengthen existing client relationships
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to create winning proposals
- Drive revenue growth aligned with organizational goals and market strategy
- Represent the organization in strategic client discussions and business meetings
- Contribute to sales planning and market expansion initiatives
